Can I collect my order from your warehouse?

In order to allocate our warehouse team and prioritise work most efficiently, we do not permit orders to be collected from our fulfillment centre.

What is the minimum order value?

Our website will not accept orders less than $250 in value. Unfortunately, our system does not allow further items to be added onto an order once it has been submitted.

Will you backorder an unavailable product for me?

We do not facilitate product backorders, however we’re more than happy to let you know when a product is back in stock. Just email our friendly team and we’ll add your request to our stock notification system.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, or American Express.

Can I apply for credit terms?

All orders must be paid in full before stock is released from our warehouse. We are not extending credit accounts at this time.

What freight company do you use?

We offer delivery via Australia Post (standard, eParcel, and Express), CouriersPlease, Team Global B2C, and Toll IPEC. You will be able to select your preferred carrier during the order submission process. The estimated delivery time is noted next to each available carrier option.

How much does delivery cost?

Freight costs are determined based on the parcel size/weight and the delivery suburb, meaning they will be different for every order. A delivery cost calculator is available on the Shopping Cart page, and will be able to provide you with the exact price to deliver the items currently in your cart.
